PDA needs your help. Although we get so much support from our volunteer members, to finish the 40 Oaks project, PDA needs over $15,000. The money will go towards paying organizers for their time running workshops, coordinating projects and much more.
Public Displays of Affection does not have charity or non-profit status and so cannot issue tax receipts. We appreciate any donation you are willing to give, large or small.
PDA creates community engaged design projects that improve the community. We do this by holding workshops with communities in need and teaching them how to make and remake things like furniture. Then we take these objects and we put them out into the communities they were made in. We also reach out to the design community and universities to produce objects as well.
