Jordan is a student at Ryerson who has a passion for design process, model making, and conceptual design. Moreover, he is a warm, articulate and active individual.
“It has been another thrilling semester in my third year of studying in the program of interior design. At Ryerson, I’ve drawn, built, and constructed multiple furniture pieces throughout my education and these projects I have accomplished consisted of stools, benches, and tables. The experience behind all the process and design work was fantastic as I got to develop my skills in carpentry. In fact, I’m starting to have a passion for designing furniture, especially from reclaimed or salvaged material. Personally, I enjoy writing Chinese calligraphy because the strokes I create can express myself in different ways. I’ve now been practicing for over 13 years and yet it still seems like I still have lots to learn from my teacher.”
Jordan will be creating a dining table for the Edmond Place project.
