Speaking of Regent park and bikes, (see two posts down) the Good Bike Project is one you’ve most likely seen if not yet heard about. The brightly painted bikes that pop up all over the city are the brainchild of Caroline Macfarlane and Vanessa Nicholas. They are nice ways to brighten up the city, draw attention to cycling, and give old unusable bikes a new life and function. Last week they brought their colourful project to the Regent Park neighourhood, spending a day with the residents painting ten new bikes. Make sure to keep your eyes peeled for them!
